THE GRAND PALACE (THAI:PRA BOROM MAHA RATCHA WANG) IS A COMPLEX OF BUILDINGS. IT SERVED AS THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE KINGS OF THAILAND FROM THE 18TH CENTURY ONWARDS. CONSTRUCTION OF THE PALACE BEGAN IN 1782, DURING THE REIGN OF KING RAMA 1, WHEN HE MOVED THE CAPITAL ACROSS THE RIVER FROM THONBURI TO BANGKOK. THE PALACE HAS BEEN CONSTANTLY EXPANDED AND MANY ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES WERE ADDED OVER TIME.

WHEN KING RAMA1 DECIDED TO MOVE THE CAPITAL OF SIAM FROM THONBURI ON THE WEST TO BANGKOK ON THE EAST OF THE CHAO PRAYA RIVER, HE DECIDED TO BUILD A MAGNIFICENT NEW PALACE AS A PLACE OF RESIDENCE AS WELL AS A CENTER OF GOVERNMENT. THE AREA CHOSEN WAS HOWEVER OCCUPIED BY CHINESE MERCHANTS, WHOM HE PROMPTLY ASKED TO RELOCATED (TO THE PRESENT DAY YAOWARAT AREA).

THE TOWER OF GOLD BEGAN CONSTRUCTION ON 6 MAY 1782. AT FIRST THE PALACE CONSISTED OF SERVERAL BUILDINGS SURROUNDED ON FOUR SIDES WITH A HIGH DEFENSIVE WALL OF 1,900 METRES IN LENGTH, WHICH ENCLOSES AN AREA OF 218,400 SQUARE METRES. SOON THE KING ORDERED THE BUILDING OF THE TEMPLE OF THE EMERALD BUDDHA: AS THE MONARCH'S PERSONAL PLACE OF WORSHIP AND ROYAL TEMPLE.

THE PALACE BECAME THE CENTRE OF GOVERMENT AND ROYAL COURT FOR MOST OF THE EARLY CHAKRI DYNASTY UNTIL THE REIGN OF KING RAMA5 WHO PREFERRED TO STAY AT THE DUSIT PALACE, BUT STILL USED THE GRAND PALACE AS AN OFFICE. THIS PRACTICE WAS FOLOWED BY HIS SONS (KING RAMA6 AND KING RAMA7) KING RAMA8 MOVED INTO THE PALACE FULL TIME AFTER HIS RETURN FROM ABROAD IN 1945. HOWEVER KING RAMA9, HIS BROTHER KING RAMA9 DECIDED TO MOVE PERMANENTLY TO THE CHITRALADA PALACE.

THE PALACE IS HOWEVER STILL VERY MUCH IN USE; AS MANY ROYAL RITUALS ARE PERFORMED HERE BY THE KING EVERY YEAR. OTHER ROYAL CEREMONIES CELEBRATED HERE ARE CORONATIONS; ROYAL FUNERALS, MARRIAGES AND STATE BANQUETS.

NOW A DAY, OVER 5,000 TOURISTS VISIT GRAND PALACE DAILY PLUS LOCAL PEOPLE SO GRAND PALACE HAS BEEN BUSY THE WHOLE DAY. IT'S SAID IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO GRAND PALACE, YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO BANGKOK. FOR THAI PEOPLE.      Ayutthaya was founded in 1350 by King U-Thong and is one of Thailand's historical and majestic highlight. The second capital of Thailand after Sukhothai, known as the kingdom of Ayutthaya, was a regional power for 417 years with 33 kings in different dynasties until destroyed by Burmese army in 1767. Art works and ruins can be widely seen all over in the city. Ayutthaya is about 80 kilometers north of Bangkok with many magnificent ruins. Such ruins indicate that Ayutthaya is a precious city. Ayutthaya is the historical site by unesco list of world heritage since 13 December 1991. Ayutthaya covers an area approximately 2,556 square kilometers. It is easy to get to Ayutthaya because they have good roads, the excellent toll road, the connected chaopraya river flow from Ayutthaya to Bangkok.

King Mangra, the former king of Burma when he was the prince he came along with his father, King alongpaya to fight against Ayutthaya but not succeeded. When he became the king, he ordered his army to attacked Ayutthaya. His army surrounded ayutthaya for one and half years before his army burned down Ayutthaya for 7 nights in a row that turned the Ayutthaya into ashes then captured Ayutthaya king's family and Thai people back to Burma. The city has never been rebuilt as tremendous damaged so King Thaksin the next king of Thailand removed the capital to Thonbury, the third capital of Thailand. However, Ayutthaya remains known today as an extensive archaeological world heritage site. When Ayutthaya was important center of global diplomacy and commerce. The foreigners from Japan, China, England, France, Holland, Portugal were here by boat to make business with this city. Ayutthaya is now an archaeological ruin, remaining prangs (corn cob shave towers), Pagodas and Buddhist monasteries, which give an idea of the city's past size and the amazing of its architecture. TOUR 10. THE BRIDGE OVER THE RIVER KWAI(SECOND WORLD WAR).

Kanchanabury means the golden city, is about 140 kilometers north west of bangkok, is the home of the famous bridge over the river kwai during second world war 2. In 1941 Thailand was invaded by Japanese army without telling in advance and later they signed agreement with Thai prime minister Marshall Por Pibolsongkram that Thailand would back Japanese army as long as The Japanese wouldn't interfere Thailand's internal affair. In 1942 Prisoners of war and Asian workers were forced to built railway by the imperial Japanese army in order to build 415 kilometers long one meter gauge Thailand - Burma railway. The Japanese army hope that the single meter gauge railway would be able to transport 3000 tons supplies and strategic materials per day. Japanese army engineers chose the routing which was used by Burmese army when they had a war and invaded Siam (previous name of Thailand) in the past. This routing must go through deep valleys and hills. All the heavy work was done manually either by hand or by elephant and sometimes by dynamite. Most of these prisoners of war were English, Australian, and Dutch. The construction was built by forcing prisoners of the war in unfavorable conditions. Japanese army survey the routing it was estimated it would take 5 years to finish but the Japanese army can't wait that long so they force the labor to work sometimes 16 hours per day. Many prisoners were tortured for the smallest offenses.

The construction began in October 1942 and finished the following year. Approximately 280,000 prisoners of the war built up the dead railway including Asian labor and local Thai people, 100,000 prisons lost the lives on this construction due to overwork, starvation, lack of medical treatment, bad weather, poor sanitary condition and work accidents. Many of prisons of war suffered terribly before they died. While the one who attempted to escape a prisoner's camp will be executed if he got caught. It's estimated that each railway sleeper cost the life of one prisoner.

The original black iron bridge cross over the river kwai, which is located in town of Kanchanabury, was brought from Java. This bridge was the target of Allied hard bombing. In 1945 English air force bombed the bridge while many camps of the prisoners located nearby that area so the bomb also killed many prisoners. The new iron bridge was rebuilt for local use. The track later was sold to Thai Railway who developed the track into a walkway with side platforms allows tourists to walk along the bridge and avoid the train or trams. The railway today only exists as far as "Nam Tok" station which is away from the bridge 2 hours by train. Now the bridge over the river kwai is the symbol of peace and the popular photogenic site that every tourist must take a photo with. The daily train is still following the historical rout from Bangkok to Kanchanabury pass the exciting point which is called Dead point rail way. Now, Kanchanabury is one of the must visit place as it's rich of stunning scenery namely river, valley, waterfall, farmings and culture so it's hard for everyone to imagine how the prisoners of war went through in order to build up death railway.

Kanchanabury warcemetery is a place for remembrance and reflection. Kanchanabury or Don-Rak war cemetery the last resting place which hold the grave nearly 7000 prisoners of war who died during the construction of the Death railway. The cemetery is located nearby the camp the prisoners lived. Most of the them were buried nearby the place they lived while some who got bad disease were cremated. The graves here are well looked after with trimmed grass and beautiful flower under controlled by common wealth of England. **Please notice how young the prisoners of war were when they died.

The JEATH War museum was established by the Chief abbot Phra thamkhumaporn of temple chai chumpol in 1977 on the banks of the mae klong river. It was dedicated to the victims of the construction of the river kwai bridge and the death railway from Thailand to Burma during world war 2. The hut is a replica of prisoners's quarter living that had to stay in. This hut is filled with pictures, sketches and tools etc which depict various aspects of a prisoners' life. This museum gives you an insight into the terrible brutality the Japanese committed towards their prisoners and the suffering that the prisoners went through.

23.JIM THOMPSON HOUSE (PRIVATE TOUR)

YOU ARE NOW IN THAI HOME OF JIM THOMPSON, THE AMERICAN WHO WAS BORN IN DELAWARE, IN 1906. A PRACTICING ARCHITECT PRIOR TO WORLD WAR2, HE VOLUNTEERED FOR SERVICE IN THE U.S. ARMY, CAMPAIGNED IN EUROPE AND WAS LATER SENT TO ASIA. HOWEVER, THE WAR ENDED BEFORE HE SAW ACTION. HE WAS SENT TO BANGKOK A SHORT TIME LATER AS A MILITARY OFFICER AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THAILAND. AFTER LEAVING THE SERVICE, HE DECIDED TO RETURN AND LIVE HERE PERMANENTLY.

THE HAND WEAVING OF SILK, A LONG-NEGLECTED COTTAGE INDUSTRY, CAPTURED JIM THOMPSONS'S ATTENTION AND HE DEVOTED HIMSELF TO REVIVING THE CRAFT. HIGHLY GIFTED AS A DESIGNER AND TEXILE COLORIST, HE CONTRIBUTED SUBSTANTIALLY TO THE INDUSTRY'S GROWTH AND TO THE WORLDWIDE RECOGNITION ACCORDED TO THAI SILK.

HE GAINED FURTHER RENOWN THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS HOUSE COMBINING SIX TEAK BUILDINGS, WHICH REPRESENTED THE BEST IN TRADTIONAL THAI ARCHITECTURE. MOST OF THE HOUSES WERE AT LEAST TWO CENTURIES OLD AND WERE EASILY DISMANTLED AND BROUGHT TO THE PRESENT SITE, SOME FROM AS FAR AWAY AS THE OLD CAPTITAL OF AYUDHYA.

IN HIS QUEST FOR AUTHENTICITY, JIM THOMPSON A DHERED TO THE CUSTOMS OF THE EARLY BUILDERS IN MOST RESPECTS. THE HOUSES WERE ELEVATED A FULL STORY ABOVE THE GROUND, A PRACTICAL THAI PRECAUSTION TO AVOILD FLOODING DURING THE RAINY SEASON, AND THE ROOF TILES WERE FIRED IN AHYDHYA EMPLOYING A DESIGN COMMON CENTURIES AGO BUT RARELY USED TODAY. THE RED PAINT ON THE OUTSIDE WALLS IS A PRESERVATIVE OFTEN FOUND ON MANY OLD THAI BUILDINGS. THE CHAMDELIERS WERE A CONCESSION TO MODERN CONVENIENCE, BUT EVEN THEY BELONG TO A PAST ERA, HAVING COME FROM 18TH AND 19TH CENTURY BANGKOK PLALCEDS.

ALL THE TRADITIONAL RELIGIOUS RITUALS WERE FOLLOWED DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOUSE, AND ON A SPRING DAY IN 1959 DECREED AS BEING AUSPICIOUS BY ASTROLOGERS, JIM MOVED IN. THE HOUSE AND THE ART COLLECTION SOON BECAME SUCH A POINT OF INTEREST THAT HE DECIDED TO OPEN HIS HOME TO THE PUBLIC WITH PROCEEDS DEOATED TO THAI CHARITIES AND TO PROJECTS DIRECTED AT THE PRESERVATION OF THAILAND'S RICH CULTURAL HERITAGE.

ON MARCH 26TH 1967, JIM THOMPSON DISAPPEARED WHILE ON A VISIT TO THE CAMERON HIGHLANDS IN MALAYSIA. NOT A SINGLE VALID CLUE HAS TURNED UP THE ENSUING YEARS AS TO WHAT IGHT HAVE HAPPENED TO HIM HIS FAMOUS THAI HOUSE, HOWEVER, REMAINS AS A LASTING REMINDER OF HIS CREATIVE ABILITY AND HIS DEEP LOVE OF THAILAND.

TONY FROM SINGAPORE

We would highly recommend guide Chen as a tour guide to everyone. We had incredible experience exploring

The Grand palace, temples and canal trip with him. He showed us that he is very high experienced guide. The trip

was well organized by his company so everything run smoothly. Our guide help us get the most from time in Bangkok.

Without this good guide, I don't think I can get lots of information. Thanks very much my Thai friend.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

TAKEMASA FROM JAPAN

We had an amazing time and the best day ever. Our guide, kai was truly fantastic. Her English and knowledge about

the sites were second to none. We did tiger temple morning program plus the bridge over the river kwai, cemetery,

lunch and of course the tour went smoothly without any hiccup. Kai, taught us correctly how to greet in thai

that impressed us very much. She told us that many people can "wai"--how to greet in thai style but very few can do it

correctly. Took a photo and feed teenage tiger, walk with them were really amazing time of our life. Lunch by the bridge

over the river kwai were excellent both the taste of the food and the scenery by the riverside. Thanks for great job

you did it for us. Will definitely use only this agency again next time.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE GUZMAN FROM PHILIPPINE

We recently went on a private tour to grand palace, temples boat trip and ayuttaya with friendlygointer.com and

we could not have asked for a better guide. Spectacular two-day tours were truly fabulous. Our guide was knowledgeable

and patient. He explained interesting cultures and did everything we expected him to do for us. Large van just for

2 of us and it was clean and new. We highly recommend using friendlygointer.com and for us this is the only travel agency

I'll deal with in bangkok.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SURA KUMAR FROM INDIA

Jenny was our guide for a recent visit to Bangkok. She has extensive knowledge of the history of Bangkok and

she shared it with us to provide a unique insight of the temples and the remarkable the king who had the thing built.

Jenny met us at the airport and returning us to the airport for our outbound flight. We learned a lot much more about Bangkok,

its cultures and people than we would have been possible to do them on our own. Thank you.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

VIVIAN FROM LOS ANGELES

Oi was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English, that made our tour moved smoothly as we were on a short time frame

but we can see everything we wished. She also a good photographer that made our photos always stay live in our memory forever.

We would be glad to come back and take a tour with this company again.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SIE MEN FROM CHINA

We really enjoyed our day with Guide chen. He was very knowledgeable and his English was so good. We had incredible experience

explored the Grand palace, temples and boat trip with him. The tour was well organized and we were amazed by his terrific

explanation. Unfortunately, it's a very hot day that made us feel more tired from the heat. We would highly recommend

our guide if you want to know the insight detail of Thai history and culture.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ALAN FROM CALIFORNIA

Oi was very knowledgeable about the history of the temples and grand palace, cultures and traditions. She's friendly guide

with fluent English. Oi was always punctual and the driver was also competent about the busy roads in Bangkok.

We would certainly come back here and will pass all of their efforts and abilities to my friends.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RATINAVELU FROM INDIA

I was given the reference of this company by one of my close friend who was here before and it's truly smooth tour.

Chen was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the sites we visited. He's very accommodating in talking about the history

of Thailand and current situation in Bangkok which I found it's extremely interesting. Chen was happy to answer

my questions that made me and my family understood Thai culture very much. I promised the guide and friendlygointer.com's manager

that I would give their reference to all of my friends.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BREME FROM GERMANY

Finally, we returned home safely. At first we were so reluctant if we should cancel the Bangkok trip because we had children

with us but our agent convinced us that Bangkok was still be a safe place to visit. She analyze Thai politic and brief us

what we should and shouldn't do when we were in Bangkok. Our guide Mr. Chen also did the same thing as same as

his company did. He can speak very good English. He told us a lot about Thai history and it turned out superb for beginners

like us to know such an information. What I was really interested was the mural painting in the grand palace.

Our guide accomplished his job successfully by telling us the story at the mural painting unit by unit clearly

that made us and especially my children appreciate Hindu-Indian-Thai cross-culture communications. I remark this was

the high light of the grand palace trip. Thanks for the patient guide under abnormal situation and the company that

provided us perfect arrangement and good accuracy of political information analysis.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MS. CHEN FROM CHINA

Booking the trip with friendlygointer.com was the great decision. We spent an enjoyable and informative day in

the competent hands of Mr. Chen, our guide. We planned the itinerary with Ms. Am few weeks in advance and all questions

I needed to know were reply promptly. She proved totally she's the real professional of what we wanted to achieve.

The guide spent time told us Thai culture and tradition which were valuable insights into Thailand's history.

We enjoyed the whole day and will definitely recommend friendlygointer.com to our friends.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MR. DANIAL FROM CALIFORNIA

Friendlygointer.com is so prompt to manage all arrangements for my trip in Bangkok. We had a memorable day with guide Chen.

He's a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, who I would highly recommend. He speaks good command of English

and give good suggestions on what we could see with limited time like palace, temples, architecture, market, etc.

Nothing more than this I needed for my trip. I would say I'm 100 % percent satisfied. Thumb up!!!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PATRICK FROM KUALALUMPUR

We booked the trip to Ayutthaya with friendlygointer.com and it turned out excellent.

We found Ms. Am--my best travel agency who always keep us updated about thai political deadlock and convinced us that

the period I supposed to come was still safe. I'm grateful to everyone who spent his time for writing his review that

made us very easy to make a right decision about the agency that I should come along or avoid them. Chen my guide and

the driver were really good, very professional in timing, telling the history and know the road so well.

Chen started told us lots of Thai history and fierce battle between Ayuttaya and Myanmar once we got on comfortable van

until we arrived in bangpain summer palace and continued told us thai history and Lord buddha again when we finished

visiting the summer palace and got back to the van. The history and background told by our guide was clear that made us

understood why Ayuttaya got burnt for 7 days and was turned into ashes. I would definitely tell all of my friends who

supposed to come to bangkok to contact friendlygointer.com as we would never have learned so much and known

Thailand's current political situation without guide Chen and Am.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JESSICA FROM LONDON

We decided to go to ayuttaya with friendlygointer and it's the fantastic trip for all history lover. Once I got into

the ruins, I felt I walked back into the past. Tawee my guide explained us about the fierce war between ayuttaya and

burma that made us know much more about thai history. I was really impressed with archaeological and historical sites

especially the buddha's head which's wrapped in the bothi tree root. It was so peaceful but remained its power.

To show respect by kneeling down in front of the buddha's head and got photo taken for a keepsake, was the key attraction

of the day. This ruins temple is a must visit site that I was pleased I did it before I leave Thailand.

Thanks very much for friendlygointer that made our trip smooth, safe and memorable forever. The guide was informative,

told us a lot about history and what we should and shouldn't do under emergency decree, while the driver drove a car

very carefully with his high skill. Will definitely recommend all of my friends to you.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

BOONCHANOK FROM RUSSIA

Khao Yai is the southest asia biggest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage site with the best source of ozone in thailand.

Therefore, I booked this tour with Am-- our reservation. On the day the guide came on time with comfortable bus that

took us around 3 hours to get there. The guide said Khaoyai is the switzerland of Thailand as the fresh air and

the nice weather all year round that you couldn't find it in bangkok or any big city. We explored the tropical forest

with our expert guide and go trekking in the jungle, look for many species of animals that live in the park.

Elephant riding in the real nature, ox cart riding in the countryside made me go back to the real past.

The tour agency provided us the best set menu local food that the best I've tried in Thailand. I highly recommend this

tour for the young healthy travelers who like the nature that is still real natural in Thailand and this is no doubt

the highlight of my memorable trip.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DEEPTI FROM INDIA

I visited Bangkok in Nov 2013 and booked all my customized tour through Friendly Go Inter-Private Tour agency.

The conversation about what all tours i want to take , cost etc was done by "Am" (Tour agent) . She was very prompt

in her response and understood my needs and budget and gave a good deal. Upon arriving i found all the tours and guide (Mr. Town)

provided by the agency is very good. I had 1 year old child with me so i need them to understand my needs and they did a great job.

They provided me van ( 7+ seater) for only 4 of us for all the tours , as with 1 year old its easy to manage in big van

as compared to car. All in all I liked the way guide helped us in understanding Thailand and its culture, various places

and their significance and my extra requirement (1 year old) and patience to bear with me. Highly recommend this tour agency

for all your booking in bangkok....Well done guys!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

VIDODO FROM INDONESIA

I have used friendlygointer.com before and this's once again I returned to this agency. We had lots of fun, everything

was very smooth and interesting. The tour guide was very kind, punctual, professional and great value for money.

We were happy to learn lots of thai culture explained clearly by informative tour guide. My guide is the great photographer

who can make our photo albums everyday memorable. It's a great experience with wonderful day. Will get back to this

travel agency again someday.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

DAVID FROM USA.

Guide town who's right on time took my girlfriend and me to the grand palace, temples and canal with long tail boat

in bangkok. Town is the best culture and history explained tour guide I've met. The most amazing experience still in my

memory of all time. We enjoyed our trip very much. Book this agency and you won't regret it.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MR. MIKE FROM ENGLAND

I was pleased with friendlygointer.com tour arrangement. I had a temples and grand palace tour in Bangkok with Kai

who was very smart and knowledgeable guide. She took care of us very well especially when we crossed the road in bangkok

with heavy traffic. Good tips that she gave me like what I should do when vendors on street approached me were very helpful.

Her knowledge enriched our perfect day while her mind service made us special privileged persons. I whole heartily

recommend her and friendlygointer.com to everyone who's coming to bangkok.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MS. MALVINA FROM USA

A million thanks to town, my guide who took us to the grand palace and temples. Town help us to understand and know much

more about Thailand and its culture. His fluent english plus his long time experience made my day trip in bangkok

the most fantastic unforgettable experience. He also know the good view point in every place we went that made our photos

very memorable. Though the grand palace was not currently used by the thai royal family but we were blessed by visiting

such a art masterpiece of collection in the huge palace. I heard that the trip in bangkok is not complete, if you don't

go to the grand place but it will be more colorful if you have a guide who knows the real history of bangkok so well.

Thanks very much for making my day truly superb. I'll contact you again for my next visit I promise.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MR. SCOTT FROM LONDON

I had a dream of going to the ruin of Ayuttaya--the old capital of Thailand as I was told Ayutthaya has never rebuilt

and the area was declared a unesco world heritage site since 1981. Once the reservation was confirmed online, we were informed

by e-mail about what we should and shouldn't do, also what we should take it with us like umbrella, sunglasses,

sunblock, etc. so the tour went smoothly the whole day. Exciting war between Thai and mianmar history was told clearly

by our guide all the way long to ayuttaya by comfortable brand new van. Hence when we were in ayuttaya we had no wonder

why temples turned into ruins and were deeply impressed by thai architecture. We and our guide walked along side by side

without rush, plenty of time to explore temples and thing around them. It was extremely great to take time as we had

children with us. Lots of photos were taken again and again. It was my unforgotable moment. Elephant riding among ruin

temples was really amazing and also the highlight of the day. If you want relaxing tour, I highly recommend this travel agency.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PRADEEP FROM INDIA

Friendlygointer.com was found online. Ms. Am replied my e-mail very fast. She's so professional in her job, arranged me

perfect tour arrangement. I and my family including my children had a holiday for a week in bangkok. Am provided me full

detail perfect tour arrangement from top to toe, since transfer in until transfer out. All details were sent to me

clearly involved what were included and excluded. As the indian family, we were informed we could do a visa upon arrival

so we decided to do it in bangkok'a airport but was found later it took long time to get it. I was afraid a driver

wouldn't wait for us as I took a night flight but once we came out, the driver was there at the meeting point. The van

was comfortable and brand new one. The day tour with Mr. town was great as he's on time and knowledgeable. He always had

a story to inform us everyday with his fluent clear english. The guide surprised us a lot by telling us about lord buddha's story,

his culture, thai life style, ramayana story, etc. Especially, ramayana story he knew so well so he made our city tour

full of detail and we've learnt that anuman--the powerful white monkey, in thai version is not a bachelor. The day in pattaya

was fun especially tiger zoo, believe or not, nong nuch village. No need to worry about indian food as our guide knew

the indian restaurant and took us to the inexpensive one. Thanks very much thai new found friend. We'll return to

thailand someday and definitely will contact you.

Ms. RAHOSEIN FROM USA.

My experience with Friendlygointer started with Ms. Ampasri. She was always prompt with

responding to my numerous emails. She suggested the best tour considering my limited time.

Tawee was my private guide for the 2 days of tours in Bangkok. He was always on time, very knowledgeable

and a real gentleman. My tours were supposed to end around 5pm but Tawee went beyond the call of duty.

He was very accommodating and made a lot of helpful suggestions. I definitely saw a lot more that

what was planned. I was alone in Bangkok and Tawee gave me his number and told me to call

if I needed anything which gave me a level of assurance as if I had a family member available to call on.

I would most definitely refer anyone to Friendlygointer.com! Thank you so much for your service Tawee!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Bangkok!

and expertise to guide us.

Rest assured, that if ever a friend or a family member will be visiting thailand in the near future, i will highly

recommend you and your group to do the tour.

Praying that whatever God we have (considering we have different religion), tawee, you and your group will always

be included in our prayers.

Take care.

Daisy
